A big breakfast should be eaten with fruit juice or milk. Eat a big lunch but a small dinner (munch on an apple before dinner so you won’t eat a lot). This will ensure that you won’t gain weight and stay healthy! Lots of water during the day is key; smoothies made at home is great too.#wildcardwednesday
