Welcome to #ScrumptiousSaturday!
At this time of year I'm always looking for cozy recipes to warm me up. I am so thrilled with this recipe for Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate from SheKnows that I absolutely had to adapt it! All you have to do is get it started, then let it do its thing, and in a couple of hours you have a hot, creamy, decadent, chocolatey treat to enjoy. You can prepare this recipe before leaving for a winter outing and when you come home, it's all ready for you! This is great for a holiday gathering because it makes 15 mugs. Make it fun with a special hot chocolate bar! Set out a variety of toppings like regular or mini marshmallows, crushed peppermint candy, cinnamon, whipped cream, shaved chocolate, caramel, or flavored whiskies if you like.
